THIS COMPUTER SYSTEM IS THE PROPERTY OF ENGINEERING & COMPUTER SIMULATIONS, INC. (“ECS”), and includes, but is not limited to, all related equipment and peripherals, network devices, software, storage, Internet and VPN accessibilities, data stored and processed hereon, and associated sub-systems (collectively, the “System”). This System is only for authorized use by ECS staff members. This System will be monitored for all lawful purposes, including but not limited to (i) ensuring the authorized usage of the System, (ii) managing and maintaining the System, (iii) facilitating protection against unauthorized access to the System, and (iv) verifying the security procedures, survivability, and operational security of this System. ECS, and ECS’s authorized entities, actively monitor this System to perform the foregoing. During such monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied, and used by ECS to enforce the proper intended usage of this System. All information, including personal information, placed on or sent using this System, will be monitored. All copying of data, deletion of data, removal of historical information, deletion of browser histories, or otherwise, are fully traceable and recoverable from this System. Any use of this System, authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to monitoring of the System. Evidence of any unauthorized use or improper activity, as determined by ECS, in its sole opinion, that is identified during monitoring, will be collected by ECS, and may be used for adverse administrative or personnel actions, as well as for potential civil litigation or criminal charges. ALL CONTENTS OF THIS SYSTEM ARE THE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION OF ECS AND SHALL REMAIN THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OF ECS, except to the extent that ECS is not responsible for any misuse of this System, or for any unauthorized contents of this System. All liability for misuse of this System, and for any unauthorized contents of this System, may be attributed entirely to the authorized user that is assigned to this System, unless ECS, in its sole discretion, reasonably concludes otherwise. Use of this System constitutes consent to all of the foregoing statements.
